Have a Color Coded Rotating Days Off Calendar in the palm of your hand! Select the colors you want shown in Settings for a custom interface. Check all 6 colors for a look similar to the paper version commonly used or only select your color for a simpler view. Allow the Postal Calendar to sync with Google, iCalendar or both for a fully integrated experience. Decide you no longer want your days off to show on your native calendar app? Turn the option back off and the calendar looks just like it did before! Bid a new route with different days off? Un-check the old color and check the new one in Settings. If you have the app synced to Google or iCalendar your previous days off are erased and the new ones added!

At the Post Office we have our own language. There’s no other place people describe their days off as a color but what a great system! Everyone gets a ‘short week’ and ‘long weekend’ every sixth week. Even after adjusting to this rotating schedule it is impossible to keep track of anything beyond a few weeks without our paper 6-Color Coded Letter Carrier Rotating Days Off Calendar. Even with the pocket size version what a hassle it is to pull out a paper calendar at the Dentist’s office to schedule your next appointment. Plus I would have my phone in the other hand to make sure nothing else was planned on that day off.

Eventually, I began imputing my days off into my phone’s calendar to eliminate the need to check both my paper and digital calendars. I once opted out of bidding a better position because it had different days off and I knew I would have to go back through my phone and delete the other entries and input the new days off. Those hours of work now take mere seconds!
